Alma has a daughter who has been missing for three years. Ever since she lost her, she has been looking for her tirelessly, putting up wanted posters or supporting brigades and groups of mothers with the same grief, as long as she doesn't have to work at the inn that she runs in Tlatelolco, in Mexico City.
